Green Thai Curry with Tofu, Veggies and Rice

Classic, rich and aromatic green Thai curry with generous quantities of veggies, tofu and rice. Just add boiling water and it is ready in 8-10 minutes.

How to prepare

1. Empty contents into a bowl. Find the oxygen absorber sachet and discard it.
2. Add 220 ml of boiling water, or add boiling water until a khichdi/porridge-like consistency is achieved. Add water little by little if you are not sure.
3. Stir, cover and wait 8-10 minutes. Add more water and reheat if needed.
4. Open, stir and enjoy!

Rehydration takes longer at high altitudes.
