Moong Dal with Rice

Home-style moong dal with a healthy serving of rice. It brings the comfort of dal and rice wherever you are. Just add boiling water and it is ready in 8-10 minutes.

How to prepare

1. Empty contents into a bowl. Find the oxygen absorber sachet and discard it.
2. Add 220 ml of boiling water, or add boiling water until a khichdi/porridge-like consistency is achieved. Add water little by little if you are not sure.
3. Stir, cover and wait 8-10 minutes. Add more water and reheat if needed.
4. Open, stir and enjoy!

Rehydration takes longer at high altitudes.
